Kengo was born in Osaka, 15+ years experience to run and operate a personal financial service company in Japan, found that people with low financial literacy have a strong tendency to exacerbate their own financial situation without design of secure lending model for borrowers. After the experience in Japan, he moved to Cambodia in 2009 to make a further challenge to enhance the economic circumstances and quality of life of people who live in rural areas with financial and IT solution. He discovered a feasible solution to ameliorate rural economy while he was operating 1,000 ha of cassava farm. To realize the solution, he established and started AGRIBUDDY in 2015.

She joins us with a wealth of experience in diverse fields combined with a flair for multi-national entrepreneurship. Since 2006, she has been the Founder and CEO of Infobridge Holdings Group Ltd., a Hong Kong based company that has set up several companies in India in order to bring about closer cooperation and relationships between Indian and Japanese companies, as well as expand markets for Japanese companies in India. Ms. Shigeta has also worked in China on setting up operations that grew an IT-based market research company from 3 to 400 employees over a six-year period. A graduate of Tokyo University she specializes in managing multi-cultural teams, and is happiest while setting up commercial relationships between companies from different countries.

Prior to iOne Aki was SVP of International business at livedoor overseeing the company's global M&A and investment strategies
Tsuyoshi Nagashima, a Japanese Certified Public Accountant and Certified Tax Accountant. Having graduated from Waseda University, started its career at Deloitte Tohmatsu and worked for a financial industry auditing team. After Deloitte, joined an independent accounting office and engaged in financial and tax due diligence, valuation, tax consulting, financial advisory, etc. After the above career, started its own accounting firm in early 2012. While working as a professional, is a serial entrepreneur, founding an IT consulting company and a web app development company, several investment funds.

Vivek has over 20 years of experience in managing ITprojects, for the Aditya Birla Group, and Publicis Sapient,leading teams of more than 300 engineers for a who’s who list of international brands. He also manages his family’s coffee plantation.
Coming from a sporting family, Keisuke Honda is a Japanese professional footballer who plays for Australian club Melbourne Victory and also general manager and coach of Cambodia national football team. He has earned over 90 international caps since 2008, Honda is the first Japanese player to score in three FIFA World Cups. Together with Rural Entrepreneurs (group leaders of smallholders), a.k.a. "BUDDYs", he will motivate smallholders in developing countries, many of whom face difficulties in improving their standard of living. He will strive to inspire smallholders to reach their full potential by never giving up and continuing to expand their horizons.
